I just finished a to week long tour together with my husband, Lars Monsen, and we are absolutely thrilled over the amazing response we received from our audience! All but four venues were completely sold out, and we are so grateful for the support you all showed us🙏🏼😃 Realizing I have failed to mention a word about this entire tour on my own website goes to show you how busy the last few weeks have been for me🫣😅
Tour ‘Ustoppelig’ 2026
The tour was my husband’s project. I have never been so uninvolved in the organizing and pre-production of a tour that I am a part of, and for the first time in my life as an artist I got to experience the joy of being able to just sing!😃🎶 Well, I did also operate as the bandbus chauffeur, but in my case, it comes with the territory😄 And even so, during the tour I had no time for anything but to focus on the job. My wonderful booking agent, Reidun Berntsen from Rocksport Booking was traveling with us as our tour manager, and without her we would never have been able to carry out this project. The band was awesome!!
My long term band leader, producer and co-writer, Johannes Groth, is also the band leader in this production - and with that, we all know we are in the best of hands. On drums, we have Kim Ofstad, and with Jonny Sjo on bass, we have the magic base of D’Sound in the band. On guitars, Lars has hand picked Dag Tofteng who proved to be the right man for the job. Our sound engineer is Lars Voldsdal, a long term friend and co-worker who always makes us sound amazing!
The tour is called ‘Ustoppelig’ (Unstoppable), and we visited all of 13 different venues to perform 14 shows around the south half of Norway. Next year, we are indeed planning for a new tour with the same show, visiting the northern-more parts of Norway, and hopefully, we will even be able to visit a few venues in Sweden this time!🤩
It was a lot of fun being the guest star in my husband’s show as the repertoire was carefully selected by him. Thus, the music was definitely rock based, and he even put it upon my shoulders to learn how to sing the traditional sami cultural music, joik! I had great coaching and backing from rock joik virtuoso Kai Somby from Intrigue, and for the final show, he was there in person to make sure I had passed the test. Also, Norwegian singer/songwriter Henning Kvitnes has written two new songs especially for this show - the title song, and another song to emphasize the stories Lars was telling. And so I also did two songs in Norwegian (which is very rare for me!).

Post tour, I always feel really worn out with the need to rest and regroup, but I am already looking forward to my own upcoming concerts for this fall and pre-Christmas season! Please check out my events calendar to see if I’m scheduled to show up in a venue near you. I can’t wait to see you!😃
