Which personal data do we collect, and why do we collect these data 

Comments

When visitors leave comments on any of the web pages owned and run by Joy Music AS or artist Trine Rein, the information left in the commenting field as well as the IP address of the visitor can be stored. This is to prevent unwanted comments. This counts for the web page www.trinerein.com as well as all other official and social media platforms connected to Trine Rein’s artist career, including, but not limited to pages like FacebookInstagramTwitter, Snapchat and other similar platforms.

In some cases, an anonymous string of text can be generated based on your email address (also called a “hash”), and sent to the services of  Gravatar in order to check if you actually have an account there. Gravatar’s privacy policy can be accessed here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. When your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be visible to everyone regarding to your comment.

At the time being, we do not have a service for public comments at http://www.trinerein.com.

Media

If you choose to upload pictures to any of the web pages listed above, you are advised to avoid uploading pictures containing information about where they were taken (EXIF GPS). Other visitors to the web site will be able to download and fetch that kind of information from the pictures found on the web site. This is primarily related to the social media platforms such as FacebookInstagramTwitter, Snapchat, and other similar platforms.

At the time being, there is no function for uploading public pictures to http://www.trinerein.com.

Contact forms

The information provided in the contact form will be stored indefinitely and as long as the web page used is active, and it is only used in order to respond to requests. This information is not used for marketing purposes unless such an agreement is given upon providing the information.

For how long do we keep your personal information 

If you leave a comment, the comment and your information will be stored as long as the web page you use is still active. This is so we can recognize follow up comments, and automatically approve them in stead of having to approve of the comments manually by an editor.

For users who register to this web page, the personal information provided is stored. All users can view, edit og delete their own personal information at any time (except for their user name). The administrators of this web page are also able to access and edit this information.

Your rights regarding your information stored 

If you have an account on this web page, or you have left comments, you can ask to see an export file containing your personal data we have stored. This entails all personal data you have provided us with. You can ask that we edit, change or delete the information about you. Joy Music AS is taking all due precautions in order for your personal information to be treated in a secure manner. This entails taking technical and administrative measures in order to comply with sufficient security of information. We also demand the same measures from third party partners who handle your personal information data on our behalf.

As a ticket provider, we have an agreement with Ticketmaster in Norway. When purchasing tickets to the concerts provided through Ticketmaster, you are prompted to choose how they can use the personal data you provide upon check out. From which third parties do we receive information data

We collect information data via Facebook pixles and cookies from Google Analytics in order to better facilitate our web page, and to reach those who are interested in receiving news from us. When visiting our web page, anonymized information about your actions on this web page is sent to services like Facebook and Google Analytics. These data are collected via information cookies and data pixles, and are used to show you relevant ads or content based on products which you have clicked on, added to a shopping cart or purchased, and in order to measure the effect of these kinds of advertisements.

Our website makes use of Facebook API to receive public data for facebook feed. You may request us to delete your Facebook data if it is accidentally cached in our website database with feed data. Facebook embeds are regulated under terms of Facebook Privacy Policy
